We offer positive mental health services with medication management serving a diverse population via telehealth and face to face office visits.​ We are based out of Munroe Falls, Ohio, but are able to help people anywhere in the state of Ohio due to HIPPA compliant telehealth technology.

Our Team.
Hi-I am Julie Stone, RN, MSN, APRN.CNP., a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of One Wave At A Time.

I received my RN diploma from Aultman Hospital School of Nursing, an undergraduate degree in Nursing from The University of Akron and a Masters in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health concentration from Kent State University.

I worked as a RN for over 18 years in the Emergency room, telemetry, and Obstetrics and Gynecology and have been a PMHNP for over 11 years.
Throughout my career as a Nurse Practitioner, I have felt privileged that so many clients have trusted me to share their life's experiences and help them along their journey to mental wellness.
The name of the practice was developed with the concept: Life is like the ocean; "It comes in waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim". (Vicki Harrison).
